Once we compile we send test mail to the entire list and take all bounce backs out of the list. However, over a period of time there may be 10% to 20% bounce back observed. This is quite normal in email marketing practice. We do not verify the rest of the information i.e phone, fax, address as it involve huge resources to invest. On the other hand, we do verify that our source of email data collection must be genuine.
